双源CT双能量成像在脑血管检查中的应用价值

摘要

目的：研究分析双源CT双能量成像在脑血管检查中应用的价值。方法以2012年7月至2014年2月收治的脑血管病变患者共42例临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均进行了常规减影CTA检查和双源CT双能量成像检查，对比两种方法的检查结果。结果两种方法的图像质量Ⅰ级对比差异不明显，P＞0.05；双源CT双能量成像方法的辐射剂量低，扫描完成时间短，图像减影时间短，与常规减影CTA对比差异明显，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论使用双源CT双能量成像对脑血管检查可以取得较好的图像结果，且对患者的辐射剂量较小，检查所需时间短，是一种较好的检查方法。%ObjectiveTo study the analysis of dual source CT dual energy imaging in cerebral inspection application value.MethodsFrom July 2012 to February 2014, a total of 42 patients with cerebrovascular disease clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, all patients were conducted regular subtraction CTA inspection and dual source CT dual energy imaging, contrast the results of the two methods.ResultsTwo methods of image quality grade I no obvious difference,P>0.05; dual-source CT imaging method of dual energy radiation dose is low, the scan is complete time is short, time is short, the image subtraction angiography clear difference compared with conventional subtraction CTA,P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant.ConclusionThe use of dual source CT dual energy imaging, the result of the cerebrovascular examination can obtain better image and less radiation dose to patients, check the time needed for short, is a good test.
