光子双源CT双能量成像在脑血管病患者血管腔内介入治疗术后复查中的应用价值

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of dual energy CT photon imaging in the postoperative examination of the patients with cerebrovascular disease by endovascular interventional treatment.Methods:42 cases of cerebrovascular disease from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital underwent routine CTA examination and inspection technology of dual energy CT were selected,42 cases of patients underwent endovascular interventional treatment,two kinds of imaging examination results were compared.Results:The grade Ⅰ image quality ratio was 92.86% (39/42) when conventional CTA scanning was done,and the grade Ⅰ image quality ratio of dual energy CT imaging was 88.1% (37/42),the two groups had no significant difference (P >0.05).The radiation dose,scan time and image subtraction time of dual energy CT were (8.54 ± 0.43) mSv,(76.13 ±5.47)s,(27.59 ±3.52)s,compared with (11.38 ±0.78)mSv,(97.07 ±9.67)s,(48.14 ±5.12)s in conventional CTA examination,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:For the postoperative examination of patients with cerebrovascular disease after interventional therapy,the dual energy CT photon imaging can be taken,the high quality image can be gotten,it is easy to read for radiologists.Compared with the con ventional CTA technique,dual energy CT has the lower radiation dose,the shorter scan time,the less injury for patients and it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:探讨光子双源CT双能量成像技术在脑血管病患者行血管腔内介入治疗后复查的临床应用价值.方法:选择2015年2月至2017年2月期间在我院行常规CTA检查以及双源CT双能量成像技术检查的42例脑血管病变患者,42例患者均接受血管腔内介入治疗,对比两种影像学技术的检查结果.结果:在成像图像质量对比中,常规CTA扫描时的Ⅰ级图像质量比例为92.86% (39/42),而双源CT双能量成像技术的Ⅰ级图像质量比例为88.1%(37/42),两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).双源CT检查时的辐射剂量、扫描时间、图像减影时间分别是(8.54±0.43) mSv、(76.13±5.47)s、(27.59±3.52)s,相比采用常规CTA检查的(11.38±0.78) mSv、(97.07±9.67)s、(48.14±5.12)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于脑血管病患者行血管腔介入治疗后的影像复查中,可以采取光子双源CT双能量成像技术,不仅可以获得高质量的图像,方便放射科医师读片,同时相比常规的CTA技术具有更低的辐射剂量以及更短的扫描时间,对患者的损伤更小,值得临床推广.
