BC-5300血细胞分析仪白细胞分类的基本性能评估

摘要

目的：探讨BC-5300型血液分析仪白细胞分类的基本性能。方法应用新鲜血标本评价BC-5300分类检测中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞的重复性，并与显微镜法进行比较。结果 BC-5300分类测定中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞的变异系数分别为1.2%~1.8%、3.9%~4.7%、3.7%~5.9%、4.8%~5.4%和17.3%~19.7%。BC-5300分类与显微镜法分类的相关系数分别为0.991、0.989、0.794、0.932和0.529。结论 BC-5300可用于白细胞分类的初筛，同时需制定手工分类复检标准用显微镜法进行确认。%Objective To discuss the basic properties of leukocyte classiifcation by BC-5300 hematology analyzer. Methods The classiifcation detection of neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils by BC-5300 was evaluated by repeatability and comparison with the microscope method using new blood specimens. Results Coefifcient variation of neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils detected by BC-5300 were 1.2%-1.8%,3.9%-4.7%,3.7%-5.9%, 4.8%-5.4%and 17.3%-19.7%. Between BC-5300 and microscopy classiifcation, the correlation coefifcient was 0.991, 0.989, 0.794, 0.932 and 0.529, respectively. Conclusion BC-5300 can be used for leukocyte classiifcation screening, and it is necessary to establish standards for manual re-examination conifrmed by microscopy.
