改良式阴式子宫切除术的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨改良式阴式子宫切除术的手术方法、特点及应用优势。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月至2013年12月收治的46例行改良式阴式子宫切除术患者的临床资料。结果46例手术均顺利进行，术中出血50~280 mL，平均150 mL，手术时间45~160 min，平均70 min，患者体温手术3 d后均恢复正常，未出现膀胱直肠损伤等严重并发症，均痊愈出院。结论改良阴式子宫切除手术难度相对降低，手术步骤简化，患者创伤小、术后恢复快，优于传统经腹子宫切除术，值得临床推广应用。%Objective Characteristics and application advantages to explore the operation method, the modified transvaginal hysterectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 during the 46 cases underwent modified transvaginal hysterectomy patients.Results 46 cases were carried out smoothly, the bleeding in the operation of 50-280 mL, an average of 150 mL, the operation time of 45-160 minutes, average 70 minutes, the body temperature of patients 3 days after surgery were normal, no serious complications such as bladder rectum injury, were cured and discharged.Conclusion The improved vaginal hysterectomy operation difficulty is relatively lower, operation steps are simplified, less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, beter than the traditional abdominal hysterectomy, worthy of clinical application.
