闭合复位股骨近端髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折

摘要

Objective Discuss on the efficacy of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients treatment with close reduction and proximal femoral nail. Methods Seventy-three elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013. Depending on the treatment method was divided into PFNA group(n=39)and DHS group(n=34).Results The operative time was(55.1±6.1)min, amount of bleeding was(147.1±29.9)mL, postoperative ambulation time was(21.9±2.7)d, hospitalization time was(18.7±3.3)d, Harris scores was(90.1±3.7) points in PFNA group, were significantly better than the DHS group with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The close reduction and proximal femoral nail treat of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients has better reliability and security.%目的：探讨针对股骨转子间骨折老年患者采用闭合复位股骨近端髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年7月至2013年7月收治的股骨转子间骨折老年患者73例，依据其治疗方式的不同分为PFNA组39例与动力髋螺钉（DHS）组34例，整理两组病例围术期状况与预后程度并给予统计学处理分析。结果 PFNA组患者的手术时间为（55.1±6.1）min，出血总量为（147.1±29.9）mL，术后活动时间为（21.9±2.7）d，住院时间为（18.7±3.3）d，Harris评分为（90.1±3.7）分，均显著好于DHS组具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对股骨转子间骨折老年患者采用闭合复位股骨近端髓内钉固定治疗具有较好的可靠性与安全性，可显著减轻病患手术损伤促进预后恢复。
