目的：消毒供应中心开展优质护理服务新模式的效果。方法选取2012年3月至2015年4月在消毒供应中心工作的16位护理人员为研究对象，并按照随机分配的方法分为对照组和实验组，随机抽取开展优质护理前后的消毒物品各200件，比较2组器械灭菌质量、包装质量、清洗质量。结果实验组的合格质量明显高于对照组，开展优质护理后，各工作人员的考核成绩均明显增长。结论消毒供应中心开展优质护理服务新模式对于完善消毒供应中心的布局、人员的培训、消毒器械的改善有着积极的作用，适合临床推广。%Objective To observe the effect of developing new model of high-quality nursing service in central sterile supply.Methods16 nurses working in central sterile supply from March 2014 to April 2015 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups randomly, the control group and the experimental group. 200 disinfectant items were selected randomly before and after developing high-quality nursing service. The sterilization quality, package quality and cleaning quality of instrument in two groups was compared.ResultsThe acceptable quality of the experimental group was evidently higher than that of the control group. After developing high-quality nursing, the performance of evaluations of two groups increased evidently. ConclusionDeveloping high-quality nursing service in central sterile supply plays a positive role in improving the layout of disinfection supply room, personnel’s training and disinfecting apparatus, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
