老年无痛性心肌缺血的临床特点及护理对策探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of senile painless myocardial ischemia and nursing countermeasures.Methods A retrospective analysis in February 2013 to February 2015 of our hospital clinical data 114 cases of elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia, according to the presence of pain is divided into the control group (pain), and the experimental group (painless), 57 cases in each group, the two groups of patients at the onset of age, time, activity and heart rate, ecg features, for the elderly painless myocardial ischemia clinical features and summarize nursing key points of analysis. Results The patient's age more than 75 years old, and inactive, sleep and rest time, ECG S-T downward migration of less than 2 mm clinical symptoms compared with control group, the difference is signiifcant, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Experimental group average heart rate of the patients was (65.24±2.67) times per minute, control group patients' average heart rate per minute (81.35±6.34), the experimental group signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference between groups with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).ConclusionThe painless myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemic pain sex characteristic difference is signiifcant, application speciifc nursing measures to prevent painless myocardial ischemia effect, with the decrease of the incidence of disease also and improve the prognosis of patients with quality of life better.%目的：探究老年无痛性心肌缺血的临床特点及护理对策。方法回顾性分析2013年2月至2015年2月我院收治的114例老年无痛性心肌缺血患者临床资料，按照有无疼痛划分为对照组（有痛）和实验组（无痛），每组57例，将两组患者在发病时的年龄、时间段、活动情况以及心率、心电图特征进行对比，对老年无痛性心肌缺血临床特点以及护理要点进行总结分析。结果实验组患者的年龄均超过75岁，且非活动状态、睡眠休息时间段、心电图S-T向下偏移低于2 mm的临床症状与对照组相比，差异较为显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者的平均心率为每分钟（65.24±2.67）次，对照组患者的平均心率为每分钟（81.35±6.34）次，实验组明显低于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年无痛性心肌缺血与有痛性心肌缺血特点差异较为显著，应用针对性的护理措施能够对无痛性心肌缺血起到预防效果，疾病的发生率也会随之下降，患者的预后生活质量得到较好的改善。
