卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的耐受性和安全性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the tolerability and safety study of carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 120 cases of chronic heart failure patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each 60 cases. Two groups were given conventional treatment, on the basis of which the treatment group were treated with carvedilol therapy; all were treated for 3 months. Results After treatment the total effective rate of control group was higher than that of treatment group (P<0.05). Cardiac function E value increased significantly after treatment in both groups, while A value significantly reduced, which was significantly different from before treatment (P<0.05); Cardiac function E value and A value after treatment of treatment group were significantly different from control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carvedilol treatment for chronic heart has good tolerability and safety; it can improve heart function and improve the treatment efficacy, with a very good value.%目的：探讨卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的耐受性和安全性。方法选择我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者120例，根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组，每组60例。两组患者都给予常规治疗，在此基础上治疗组患者加用卡维地洛治疗，每组治疗3个月。结果治疗组的总有效率优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的心功能 E 值明显增加，而 A 值明显减少，与治疗前对比差异明显（P<0.05）；同时治疗后治疗组的 E 值和 A 值与对照组对比差异明显（P<0.05）。结论卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭具有很好的耐受性与安全性，能改善心功能，提高治疗疗效，有很好的应用价值。
