目的：探究护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊手术后避免颈肩痛的临床应用价值。方法选取我院在2013年7月至2015年7月期间收治的腹腔镜胆囊手术患者80例，采用抽签的方式将其分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予常规护理方法，实验组在对照组的基础上给予全面护理干预，将两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果与对照组相比，实验组患者颈肩痛的发生率明显低，疼痛持续时间明显较短，护理满意度明显提高，对比差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在腹腔镜胆囊手术患者中给予全面护理干预，有利于降低颈肩痛发生率，缓解患者痛苦，值得应用推广。%Objective To explore the nursing intervention to avoid neck shoulder pain after laparoscopic gallbladder surgery clinical application value. Methods Our hospital in July 2013 to July 2015 admitted during the period of 80 patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, uses the lottery will be divided into control group and experimental group and control group given conventional nursing method, the experimental group in the control group given on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention, compare two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results Compared with control group, experimental group the incidence of neck and shoulder pain in patients with low obviously, shorter duration of pain obviously, nursing satisfaction significantly higher, compare the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion To give a comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, is beneficial to reduce the incidence of neck and shoulder pain, relieve patients' pain, is worth popularizing application.
