目的：研究和讨论使用硝酸咪康唑对脚气及灰指甲患者加以治疗的临床效果。方法2013年~2014年期我院共计接收常规性治疗及硝酸咪康唑治疗治疗的脚气及灰指甲患者各50例，分别被纳入本次研究的对照组和观察组，对比分析两组治疗的效果。结果对照组治疗的总有效率为64.00%，而观察组治疗的总有效率为90.00%，相比较下观察组显著更高，经计算差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用硝酸咪康唑可以提高治疗脚气及灰指甲的总有效率，临床应用价值显著。%Objective To study the clinical effect of Miconazole Nitrate in the treatment of beri-beri and onychomycosis. Method 100 patients with beri-beri and onychomycosis treated from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional therapy and observation group adopted Miconazole Nitrate. The treatment effect of two groups was compared. Result The total effective rate of control group was 64.00%while the rate of observation group was 90.00%. The rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Miconazole Nitrate can improve the total effective rate in the treatment of beri-beri and onychomycosis. It has a high clinical application value.
