腹腔镜辅助阴式与腹式全子宫切除术治疗宫颈原位癌的临床疗效比较

摘要

Objective To explore the patients with cervical carcinoma in situ, laparoscopic assisted Yin type and total abdominal hysterectomy surgery treatment effect.Methods Iin our hospital treatment of 66 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ of department of gynaecology patients were divided into treatment group and control group 33 cases respectively, and the experimental group with laparoscopic assisted Vaginal hysterectomy treatment, control group total abdominal hysterectomy resection surgery treatment, to analyze its clinical effect. Results The experimental operation time (53.21±7.82)min, the intraoperative blood loss (145.91±0.81)mL, (36.61±1.81)hours after the operation, the exhaust time, length of hospital stay (16.61±1.41)days are less than the control group, the result has signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with cervical carcinoma in situ laparoscopic assisted Vaginal hysterectomy surgical treatment effect is more signiifcant, safe and reliable, patients recover more quickly.%目的：探索对宫颈原位癌患者，采用腹腔镜辅助阴式和腹式全子宫切手术进行治疗效果。方法将在我院妇科治疗的66例宫颈原位癌患者分成试验组和对照组分别为33例，试验组采用腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除治疗，对照组进行腹式全子宫切除手术治疗，分析其临床效果。结果试验组的手术时间（53.21±7.82）min、在手术中出血量（145.91±0.81）mL、手术后排气时间（36.61±1.81）h、住院时间（16.61±1.41）d均少于对照组，结果具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论对于宫颈原位癌的患者采用腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除手术治疗效果比较显著，安全可靠，患者康复比较迅速。
