目的：探究阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者临床效果。方法随机将80例冠心病合并糖尿病患者分为试验组与对照组，各40例。试验组予以阿托伐他汀+常规治疗，对照组予以常规治疗，对比其疗效。结果经治疗，治疗组的总有效率（80.00%）明显大于对照组的总有效率（40.00%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者临床疗效显著，具有重要临床意义。%Objective In order to investigate the curative effect of atorvastat in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were divided into the tested group and the contrast group, each 40 patients. The contrast group were given routine treatment, while the tested group were given conventional therapy plus atorvastat in the treatment. Then we compared the curative effect in two groups.Results The total efifciency of the tested group was 80.00%, signiifcantly higher than the contrast group of 40.00%, there were difference between the performance(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastat treated patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia has a signiifcant curative effect, and has Important clinical signiifcance, too.
