环抱式肋骨接骨器在多发性肋骨骨折中的应用体会

摘要

Objective To investigate effect of memory alloy embracing fixator in multiple rib fractures. Methods 35 cases of multiple rib fractures from January 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected, and given open reduction and memory alloy embracing fixator treatment. VAS scores and pulmonary function of pre-treatment and post-treatment, and clinical curative effect were observed. Results VAS scores of post-treatment were significantly lower than pre-treatment (P<0.01). The total effective rate was 97.1%.FEV1, MVV, VC, FVC of post-treatment was higher than pre-treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Memory alloy embracing fixator has a good effect in treatment of multiple rib fractures, has a high total effective treatment rate, can significantly relieve the pain, and improve pulmonary function.%目的：探讨环抱式肋骨接骨器在多发性肋骨骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年10月我科收取的多发性肋骨骨折患者35例，均给予肋骨切开复位以及记忆合金环抱式接骨器内固定治疗，观察治疗前后VAS评分、肺功能改善情况以及临床疗效。结果治疗后的VAS评分显著地低于治疗前(P<0.01)；35例多发性肋骨骨折治疗总有效率为97.1%；治疗后6个月的FEV1值、MVV值、VC值和FVC值显著地高于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论环抱式接骨器内固定在多发性肋骨骨折中的治疗效果佳，治疗总有效率高，可明显缓解骨折疼痛症状，有效地改善肺功能。
