星用固态功率放大器热设计研究

摘要

Gives thermal design of solid state power amplifier used in satellite. It illustra ted a Ku-band power pulse amplifier in a satellite, and introduced its thermal design. At last it given the simulation and verification of test results.%主要研究了星用固态功率放大器的热设计。以某卫星Ku波段脉冲功放为例,介绍Ku波段功放的热设计,并给出了仿真和试验验证结果。
