针对PM2.5捕集的新型无机陶瓷膜过滤器的设计及实验研究

         

摘要

PM (2. 5) is the main factor of haze, impacting on traffic safety by reducing visibility and being harmful to human health through the respiratory tract into the alveoli. Because of its small size, strong adsorption ability and difficulty to be trapped, the treatment for PM (2. 5) particle matter has been paid more and more attention around the world. China also regards PM (2. 5) as the new index of air quality monitoring mandatory. Designed filter introduced sonic cleaning filter and removable mechanical seals between ceramic membrane tubes with the main equipment, the flux, membrane fouling control and PM (2. 5) trapping performance of a single inorganic ceramic membrane tube were studied.%PM2.5是造成灰霾天气、降低能见度而影响交通安全并通过呼吸道进入肺泡危害人体健康的主要因素.PM2.5因粒径小、吸附能力强且捕集困难而成为世界各国共同关注的大气环境问题, 我国也将PM2.5纳入空气质量强制监测范围.设计的无机陶瓷膜过滤器过滤元件与主体设备采用可拆卸机械密封连接, 并对单根无机陶瓷膜管的通量、膜污染控制以及对PM2.5捕集性能进行了研究.
