一个简单易行的物理化学设计实验

摘要

An interesting physical chemistry experiment was reported,which studied the Polyethylene Glycol（PEG）-Ammonium Sulphate Aqueous Biphasic System.Using the ＂cloud point＂ titration,the three-component phase diagram of PEG-（NH4）2SO4-H2O aqueous biphasic system was described,and the extraction capability of the system was researched.The teaching results showed that students＇ learning enthusiasm and initiatives were aroused,and achieved the ideal teaching goal.%以聚乙二醇（PEG）-硫酸铵双水相体系为研究内容,介绍了一个具有趣味性和研究型的物理化学设计实验。采用＂浊点＂滴定法,绘制出PEG-（NH4）2SO4-H2O双水相体系三组分相图,并对该体系萃取性实验进行了设计。教学实践表明,该实验激发了学生学习探索的积极性,达到了理想的教学目标。
