吗啉催化剂的研制

摘要

Morpholine was an important intermediate of fine chemicals,widely used for pesticide,medicine,preparation for rubber,coating material and so on.Up to now,the main process to synthesize morpholine was based on the reaction of diethylene glycol（DEG）.However,the major problem of synthesis process was that the catalysts were of lower activities.The catalyst which used to produce morphoine with diethylene glycol prepared by coprecipitation method,was researched and evaluated.%吗啉是具有重要用途的精细化工产品之一,已广泛应用于农药、医药、橡胶、涂料等行业。当前吗啉的生产工艺是以二甘醇法（DEG法）为主,该工艺存在的的主要问题就是催化剂的活性不高,本文研究和评价了以沉淀法制备二甘醇法工艺生产吗啉的催化剂。
