Steam distillation was used to extract the violate oil in crude aristolochia contorta and honey processed aristolochia contorta by using the cyclohexane as solvent.The compounds of volatile oil from the aristolochia were identified by GC-MS technology,the amount of compounds was determined by area normalization method.Fifty-seven compounds were separated and identified from crude Aristolochia contorta,main compounds were 4-Thujene(9.74%) and β-Caryophyllene(9.65%).While twenty-eight compounds were identified from honey processed Aristolochia contorta,main compound was dibutyl phthalate(18.4%).There were 7 mutual components in crude Aristolochia contorta and honey processed Aristolochia contorta,21 new components appeared after honey processed.%以环己烷为溶剂,用水蒸气蒸馏法分别来提取生北马兜铃和蜜炙北马兜铃的挥发油,用气-质联用(GC-MS)技术对挥发油的成分进行鉴定,同时以总离子流图为依据,用归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。从生北马兜铃的挥发油中鉴定出57个化合物,主要成分为:4-蔻烯(9.74%),β-石竹烯(9.65%);蜜炙北马兜铃的挥发油中鉴定出28个化合物,主要成分为:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(18.4%)。北马兜铃蜜炙前后的挥发油中共有成分7个,生成新化合物21个。
