都匀毛尖茶中铁、铜、锰的测定

摘要

The ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of Fe, Cu and Mn in Duyun Maojian Tea in 8 producing areas of Tuanshan, Daping, Tuanzhai, Doupengshan, Yunwu, Gaozhai, Dading, and Tuehang. The results indicated that Fe, Cu and Mn all existed in Duyun Maojian from different origin, the contents of them were Mn 〉 Fe 〉 Cu, and the content were different with the origin.%为了解不同产地的都匀毛尖茶微量元素的含量变化,采用紫外分光光度法对八个产地（团山、大坪、团寨、斗篷山、云雾、高寨、大定、兔场）的都匀毛尖茶中铁、铜、锰的含量。结果表明,不同产地的毛尖茶中均存在铁、铜、锰三种元素,含量大小排序都为Mn〉Fe〉Cu,并且产地不同,其元素含量也不相同。
