研究水性木质表面专用清漆配方，对水性聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸酯树脂和丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯树脂进行选择，研究了树脂成膜机理及其结构对成膜性能的影响，确定具有较好的成膜效果和较低成本的树脂；确定了润湿剂、成膜助剂、消泡剂和增稠剂的种类及用量，获得了综合性能优良的配方，其性能符合并部分明显优于GB／T23999—2009（B类）国标性能要求。%The composition of water - borne varnish paint special for wood surface was studied. Selecting water - borne polyurethane resin, acrylic resin and acrylic modified polyurethane resin as the film -forming, the film formation mechanism of resins and the influence of structure on the film forming properties were explored to make sure several resins had good film - forming effect and lower cost. The influences of the agents＇ type and amount on the system, such as wet- ting agent, coalescing agent, defoamers and thickening agent were discussed. At last, excellent comprehensive perfor- mengce was acquired, whose performance accorded with and part better than the performance requirements of GB/T 23999 - 2009 （ Class B） GB.
