火焰探测器在聚丙烯装置中的应用

摘要

As there were flammable and explosive materials in the polypropylene plant,keeping safety and defending the fire became more and more important.To nip the accident in the beginning,the flame detectors were set above the equipment,where the fire could happen in the polypropylene plant.The flame detectors can detect and obviate the fire effectively during the work,so that the personnel safe and the regular operation of the plant can be ensured.%由于聚丙烯装置在生产过程中存在易燃、易爆的物料,因而其安全生产及火灾防护工作显得格外重要,我们力争把一切事故消灭在萌芽中,故在聚丙烯装置中对可能发生火灾的重要设备及场所的上方设置了火焰探测器。有效保证了聚丙烯装置在运行期间如发生火险能予以发现并排除,确保人员安全和聚丙烯装置的正常运行。
