壳牌气化炉技术攻关之煤质管理

摘要

The Duolun coal chemical Shell gasifier operation appeared multiple times in the slag blocking operation status of ash that was introduced and the basic theory of coal quality management was explained.Emphasis on strengthening the coal quality management was the key to realize the stable operation of the gasifier initiatives Shell long cycle.Technical measures , strengthening coal quality management organization and management measures were proposed .Through a large number of data , the mathematical model was established to guide the coal quality , anticipation , prediction window operation and operation.%介绍了多伦煤化工壳牌气化炉的运行中多次出现堵渣堵灰的运行状况，指出问题关键在于煤质管理。阐述了煤质管理工作的理论基础。着重强调加强煤质管理是实现壳牌气化炉长周期稳定运行的关键举措。拟定了加强煤质管理的技术措施、组织管理措施，通过大量的数据积累，将建立数学模型，对煤质进行预判，预测操作窗口，指导操作。
