口山酮类化合物在獐牙菜属植物中的研究进展

摘要

在查阅近十几年的关于獐牙菜属植物口山酮类化合物研究文献的基础之上，对獐牙菜属口山酮类化合物的结构、药理活性及其该类化合物在自然界中分布的科属做了系统的综述；提出对有特殊药效且处于灭绝状态的药材要可持续研究开发和保护的建议。%Xanthones were secondary metabolites commonly occurring in a few higher plant families.In the last ten years, plenty of xanthones in Swertia genus were inspected.The structure, pharmacological activity and their distribution in nature branch were reviewed , and proposals to sustainable development and protection of the extinction of the state of medicine were put forward.
