原子吸收分光光度计的日常维护及故障处理

摘要

原子吸收分光光度计主要用于金属元素的微量或者痕量分析，广泛用于地矿、环保、医药等各种行业。原子吸收分光光度计分为石墨炉和火焰法，结构精密，保养手续复杂，在使用过程中会碰到各种问题。有些部件在使用过程中极易损坏，为了提高设备的利用率和精确度，笔者就日立Z－2000型原子吸收分光光度计在日常使用过程中发现的一些问题，探讨了原子吸收分光光度计的日常维护和常见故障的排除。%Atomic absorption spectrophotometer is mainly used for metal elements trace analysis, widely used in geology and mineral resources, environmental protection, medicine and other industries. Atomic absorption spectrophotometer is classified the graphite furnace and flame method, the structure is precise, the maintenance procedure is complicated.The use of the process will encounter a variety of problems.In order to improve the utilization rate and accuracy of the equipment, some problems in the process of the Z-2000 type atomic absorption spectrophotometer were discussed.
