无旁路脱硫控制系统的节能改进

     

摘要

结合工程实际经验对无旁路烟道的石灰石-石膏法湿法脱硫DCS控制系统做出控制逻辑方面的改进。改进脱硫系统增压风机故障时脱硫系统和锅炉主机联锁运行方式,改进脱硫系统循环泵故障时脱硫设备的运行方式和与锅炉主机的联锁运行方式,减少增压风机和循环泵设备故障导致的锅炉主机停机次数,对主机能够更经济节能同时安全稳定的运行做出初步的讨论。%Combining with the engineering practical experience of DCS control system of FGD without bypass, improvement of logical control was proposed. Factors including improving the operation mode of interlock between FGD and boiler when booster fans or circulating pumps were at failure, reducing the stop frequency of boiler when booster fans or circulating pumps were at failure, had significant effect of economic benefit, energy saving, and safe and steady operation.
