浅析炼油厂含油污泥处理新途径

摘要

某炼油厂在清洁生产审核过程当中，对含油污泥的产生、处理和处置情况进行了调查了解，对含油污泥处理中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了含油污泥处理处置技术建议，分析了含油污泥通过脱水和油气资源回收后所产生的经济效益和环境效益，提出了含油污泥处理新途径。这样既节约了成本，减少了对自然资源的浪费，也为企业转型为环境友好型企业奠定了良好的基础。%In a refinery of the clean production audit process, the production, processing and disposal of oily sludge were investigated. The problems existing in the treatment of oily sludge were analyzed to madke recommendations the oily sludge treatment and disposal technology. The conomic and environmental benefits of oily sludge dewatering and oil and gas resources recycling were analyzed, new approach of oily sludge treatment was proposed. This will not only save costs, reduce the waste of natural resources, but also laid a solid foundation for the enterprise to transform into environmentally-friendly enterprises.
