双酯类润滑油性能特性研究进展

摘要

酯类润滑油是高性能发动机广泛应用的一种性能优良的合成润滑油，了解酯类润滑油的发展史和双酯的合成，分析其结构特点和优缺点，对于进一步研究酯类润滑油的反应机理具有重要的现实意义。文章简述了酯类润滑油的发展简史和双酯润滑油的合成；分析了双酯分子结构特点和双酯润滑油的优缺点；指出开发合成酯类润滑油具有巨大的经济和社会意义，开发性能互补型的双酯和多酯类润滑油是今后研究苛刻条件下摩擦领域的发展趋势。%Ester lubricating oil is a kind of synthetic lubticating oil with good properties.Understanding the history of the development of ester lubricating oil and the synthesis of esters , and analyzing its features , advantages and disadvantages , have important practical significance for the further study on the mechanism of the reaction of ester lubricating oil.The developing history of esterlubricating oil and synthesis of diester were described .The structural features , advantages and disadvantages of diester lubricating oils were analyzed.It was pointed out that the development of synthetic ester lubricant had great economic and social significance.Revealing the complementation of ester lubricating oils properties was developing trend in field of tribology.
