摘要

At present, chemical industry in our country is in the midst of the transformationand upgrading of stage,a large number of professionals with high quality and strong operational skills are urgently needed. Through the coordinated development of secondaryand higher vocational education, focusing on the curriculum system connection, the professional connection of training objectives, curriculum settings, teaching resources and other areas were promoted, soas to strengthen the pertinence, systematization and diversification of talent cultivation, to build the “overpass” of talent growth of vocational education,and innovate the talent-cultivating mode of secondary and higher vocational education.%当前，我国化工行业正处于转型升级的关键时期，迫切需要一大批高素质技术技能型强人才。本文中通过统筹中高职协调发展，重点研究课程体系衔接，促进专业培养目标、课程设置、教学资源等领域相衔接，切实增强人才培养的针对性、系统性和多样化；搭建了职业教育人才成长“立交桥”，创新了中高职一体的专业人才培养模式。
