摘要

Transformation development of local college is the current task of higher education,and the “work-study combination” educational pattern well reflects the requirements of cultureapplied talents. Using the major of Food Scienceand Engineering in Hunan University of Arts and Science as an example, the practices of promoteing the deeply transformation of major by construction “work-study combination” base was introduced, and the choke points of base construction and corresponding solutions were discussed. Goodactual effect was obtained by multiapproach to construction“work-study combination” base, and hence set foundation for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation. The relevant experience can provide reference to similar colleges.%地方本科院校转型发展是当前高等教育的时代任务，而“工学结合”教育模式充分体现了应用型人才培养的要求。本文以湖南文理学院食品科学与工程专业为例，介绍了以“工学结合”基地建设推动专业深度转型发展的有关做法，并对基地建设的瓶颈及相应突破口进行了讨论。通过探索多途径建设“工学结合”基地，取得了良好的实效，为人才培养质量的提升奠定了基础，相关经验可为同类院校提供参考。
