AgCl/BiOCl纳米片材料的合成及光催化性质研究

     

摘要

以硝酸铋((Bi(NO3)3·5H2O)、甘露醇(C6H14O6)、氯化钾(KCl)为原料,制备了半导体材料氯氧化铋(BiOCl)纳米片,采用浸渍法负载AgCl对BiOCl的改性。用XRD, SEM, EDS, UV-Vis光谱等测试方法对样品的结构、形貌、光谱吸收性能等进行了测量分析,考察了不同浸渍次数的AgCl/BiOCl纳米片对罗丹明B ( RhB)染料在可见光下的光催化降解活性。发现适量的AgCl修饰能够提高BiOCl纳米片的光催化活性,当浸渍次数为2次时获得的AgCl/BiOCl复合纳米片具有最好的光催化性能。%Using Bi ( NO3 )3·5H2 O, C6H14O6 and KCl as materials, a novel semiconducting material BiOCl nanosheets was prepared. The modified BiOCl was realized by loaded AgCl using dipping method. The construction, morphology and spectral absorption properties of these materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , energy disperse spectroscopy ( EDS ) and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The visible-light photocatalytic activity of the AgCl/BiOCl nanosheets of different immersion cycles was researched respectively by using RhB as the contaminant. Experimental results confirmed that moderate AgCl can enhance the photocatalytic activity of BiOCl nanosheets. When AgCl was immersed for 2 cycles, the photocatalytic activity of composite nanosheets went the best.
