以5-烷基-2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑、芳醛及β-萘酚为原料,在微波辐射下经Mannich反应合成了10种未见文献报道的含1,3,4-噻二唑基团的Mannich碱,其结构经IR和1 H NMR确证。采用菌丝生长速率法测试了目标化合物的抑菌活性,初步抑菌活性测试结果表明,在50 mg/L的浓度下,所有目标化合物对5种供试植物病原菌均有不同程度的抑菌活性,其中化合物b对番茄细菌性斑点病菌的抑制率达80%以上。%Ten novel mannich bases containing 1 ,3 ,4-thiadiazole were synthesized using 5-alkyl-2-amine-1 ,3 ,4-thiadiazol, aromatic aldehyde and β-naphthol as raw material via mannich reaction under microwave irradiation. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by IR and 1 H NMR. The antifungal activitiys of the target compounds were tested by mycelium growth rate method, preliminary bioassay showed that all the synthesized compounds had different inhibition on five tested plant pathogenic fungi at the concentration of 50 mg/L, among them, the inhibition rate of b against Pseudomonas syingae pv. tomato was above 80%.
