基于金银复合纳米粒子的三聚氰胺检测∗

     

摘要

To achieve rapid and simple detection of melamine, a method based on Au/Ag nanocomposite by using UV-Visible spectra was proposed. Firstly, Au/Ag nanocomposite was prepared by using Au nanoparticles as seed. Then, a sensing platform for melamine was fabricated based on the principle that melamine induced aggregation of Au/Ag nanocomposite, leading to change of UV-Vis spectra. The assay displayed good accuracy and selectivity. The proposed method is label-free and low cost due to use of Au/Ag nanocomposite instead of Au nanoparticles. The whole detect process is simple and fast, which can be finished in 10 min. Thus, the method could be used in real-time and rapid detection of melamine.%为实现三聚氰胺的快速简便检测,我们提出一种基于金银复合纳米粒子,利用紫外吸收光谱检测三聚氰胺的方法。首先,以金纳米粒子为晶种制备金银复合纳米材料。然后,基于三聚氰胺诱导复合粒子聚集而使其紫外吸收光谱发生变化的原理,构建以金银复合纳米粒子为基底的三聚氰胺传感器,具有较好的准确度和选择性。该方法样品制备无需修饰,且成本大大降低;检测过程简便快速,10 min即可完成检测,有望应用于三聚氰胺的实时快速检测。
