CVD法制备超疏水性石墨烯纳米薄片及其性能研究

     

摘要

Superhydrophobic graphene nanosheets ( G-CNFs) were produced by the means of CVD ( chemical vapor deposition ) . The prepared GO ( graphene oxide ) films were grown deposited with the CNFs ( carbon nanofibers ) , mesoporous silica sol containing Fe precusor as the medium with using acetylene as carbon source. The surface of G-CNFs was coated with fluoropolymer, and the G-CNFs were prepared successfully. The result indicated that G-CNFs had high specific surface areas of 413 m2/g, total pore volumes of 0. 390 cm3/g and 3-D rough network structure. XPS pattern indicated the surface of G-CNFs was provided with fluoro-containing groups of low surface energy. The films showed the contact angle (CA) of 153. 2° and the fabulous superhydrophobicity.%以含有Fe前驱体的介孔二氧化硅溶胶为媒介,乙炔为碳源,通过化学气相沉积( CVD)法在氧化石墨烯( GO)薄膜表面均匀地生长了碳纳米纤维( CNFs),并对材料表面涂敷了一层含氟聚合物,最终获得了超疏水性石墨烯纳米薄片( G-CNFs)。实验结果表明:结构上, G-CNFs拥有较大的比表面积(413 m2/g)和微孔孔容(0.100 cm3/g),形貌上, G-CNFs表面具有致密粗糙的三围网状结构, XPS图谱显示G-CNFs表面具有低表面能的含氟基团,其接触角检测为153.2°,说明了G-CNFs具有良好的超疏水性。
