浅谈地方性院校化学专业英语教学的现状与改革∗

Chemical English is an important course for chemistry students. It plays an important role for the improvement of students’ quality and the promotion of English ability. The existing problems of chemical English in the recent rising local colleges were summarized, combined with many years of practical teaching experience, and the present situation was studied. It improved the teaching quality of chemical English from the improvement of textbooks, reformed teaching method, stimulated students’ interest in learning, etc. , hoped to help for the teaching of the course.%化学专业英语是化学专业学生一门重要的课程，对学生英语素养和能力的提升具有很大的帮助。本文总结了当前地方性院校中化学专业英语教学中存在的问题，结合多年的实际教学经验，并对这门课程的教学现状做出了研究。从教材改进、教学方法改革、激发学生学习兴趣等方面对该课程的教学提出一些解决方案，探讨了化学专业英语教学改革，希望对该课程的教学能够一定的帮助作用。
