The contents of available K in soil were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. In order to eliminate the ionization interference of potassium and improve the precision and accuracy, cesium chloride was added and the amount was optimized. The results showed that after the addition of cesium chloride 1 mg/L, the method had good precision and accuracy. The linear range was 0 ~2 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9997. The recoveries were between 88. 2% ~93. 5%, and the relative standard deviation ( RSD) was 2. 8%. The test results demonstrated that this analytical method can meet the requirement for determination of exchangeable potassium in soil.%使用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中速效钾的含量。为了消除钾元素的电离干扰,提高土壤速效钾的检测精密度和准确性,通过加入氯化铯作为抑制剂,并对氯化铯添加量进行优化。结果表明:添加氯化铯量达到1 mg/L后,钾在0~2 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,回收率在88.2%~93.5%范围内,相对标准偏差为2.8%,具有很好的精密度和准确性,该方法可满足土壤中速效钾的检测工作。
