不同水溶性β-环糊精聚合物的吸附性能研究∗

         

摘要

Using epichlorohydrin as a cross-linking agent, two β-cyclodextrin polymers with different water solubility were synthesized. The adsorption performance of the twoβ-cyclodextrin polymers for methylene blue ( MB) was systematically investigated under different conditions through UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that SCDP exhibited higher adsorption rate, but water-insoluble ISCDP possessed higher adsorption capability toward MB. A basic media was beneficial for the adsorption of MB on both adsorbents because of the deprotonated hydroxyl groups on absorbents strengthening the interactions between host and guest. Moreover, the adsorption was an exothermic and spontaneous process, and the higher temperature was unfavorable for the adsorption of MB on SCDP and ISCDP. The hydrogen-bonding, electrostatic interactions and inclusion complexation between MB molecules and the two adsorbents played an important role during adsorption process.%以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,在不同的反应温度和反应时间下,将β-环糊精聚合成两种具有不同溶解性的链状和网状环糊精聚合物SCDP和ISCDP。通过紫外分光光度法对比研究了这两种聚合物对染料分子亚甲基蓝( MB)的吸附性能,数据结果表明:水溶性的SCDP具有较快的吸附速率,而非水溶性的ISCDP具有较大的吸附容量,随吸附时间的延长可以吸附更多的MB分子;碱性环境下由于羟基的去质子化作用更有利于MB在这两种吸附材料上的吸附;两种吸附过程均为放热过程,高温不利于这两种吸附剂对MB分子的吸附。在两种吸附剂对MB的吸附过程中起到主要作用是主客体间的包结作用、氢键作用和静电作用。
