DWSIM在《制药设备与工艺设计》教学中的应用∗

         

摘要

根据《制药工程本科专业教学质量国家标准》要求,对制药工程专业核心课程《制药设备与工艺设计》进行课程改革,将开源化工流程模拟系统DWSIM引入到教学中。通过结合典型教学案例,将设备工艺设计、热量衡算与物料工艺计算等理论教学内容与软件模拟实践应用相结合,突出了教学中心,提高了教学效率。学生学习成本下降的同时,工程实践能力得以增强,取得了良好的教学效果。%An open source chemical process simulation system DWSIM was introduced into the teaching progress of Pharmaceutical Equipment and Process Design, a core curriculum of Pharmaceutical Engineering specialty in National Standard for Teaching Quality of Pharmaceutical Engineering, through the curriculum reform. Theoretical teaching and software simulation practicing were coupling in some typical teaching cases as the design of process equipment, heat balance calculation, material process calculation, and other specialty subjects. These applications showed that a good teaching effect was achieved, the important teaching points can be highlighted and the teaching efficiency also can be improved. Using DWSIM in this curriculum can reduce the cost of the study and enhance the students’ ability of engineering practice.
