上转换纳米材料在肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘要

In recent years, rare earth upconversion nano-materials have shown a great prospect in cancer treatment. The current status of the application of rare earth upconversion nano-materials for cancer therapy was reviewed. The therapy strategies for cancer treatment such as photodynamic therapy ( PDT ) , photothermal therapy ( PTT ) , chemical therapy and combination therapy based on rare earth upconversion nano-materials were investigated.%近年来，稀土上转换纳米材料在肿瘤治疗中表现出良好的应用前景。本文对目前报道稀土上转换纳米材料在肿瘤治疗中的应用现状及研究进展进行综合评述，对上转换纳米材料的光动力疗法( PDT)、光热疗法( PTT)、化学疗法和联合疗法等各种用于肿瘤治疗的方法及各自的优缺点进行了分析阐述，为其进一步研究开发和临床应用提供新思路。
