The uncertainty assessment method for the determination of migrated heavy metals in toys by ICP-OES was established. Mathematical model was established, the uncertainty factors in the testing process were analyzed, and the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the measurement results were calculated which provided scientific data support for testing personnel who used the analyst. It was found that the precision and trueness study were the main factors that influenced the uncertainty.%为提高对儿童玩具产品中可溶性重金属检测的科学性,采用ICP-OES法对可溶性重金属的检测结果进行不确定度评定。建立数学模型,首先分析了在测试过程中存在的不确定度因素,然后又计算了测定结果的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,给使用结果的检测人员提供了科学的数据支持。通过评估发现,精确性和准确性分析是影响不确定度的主要因素。
