发光型人造石的制备与性能检测

         

摘要

以环氧树脂为粘结剂分别制备了夜光粉含量为10%、15%、20%、30%的蓄光自发光型人造大理石,研究了不同夜光粉含量对人造大理石的发光效果、抗折强度的影响。结果表明:夜光粉和废石粉相对掺量对聚酯型蓄光自发光人造石的发光强度有较大影响作用。夜光粉的掺入降低了石材强度,其适宜掺量在20%左右。%Epoxy binder was used to prepare Self-luminous artificial marble, luminous powder content of 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, research the flexural strength and glow with different content of luminous powder. The results showed that the luminous of polyester self-luminous artificial marble intensity increased with the addition of luminous powder, but when the content of the luminous powder was in a certain limit, there was no increase of the luminous intensity. There was a decline of flexural strength of self-luminous artificial marble when added luminous powder, flexural strength decreased significantly with the luminous powder content increased, preferably with 20% luminous the light emitting and flexural strength of artificial performance.
