N-(2-吡嗪氨基)-N′-苯甲酰基硫脲的合成

     

摘要

以2-肼基吡嗪和苯甲酰基异硫氰酸酯为例,分别用超声波与固-液相转移催化联用、固-液相转移催化法合成了N-(2-吡嗪氨基)-N′-苯甲酰基硫脲,目标化合物结构经1H NMR 和 13C NMR 确证.探索了方法1中反应时间、温度和方法2中超声辐射功率、辐射时间对产物产率的影响,得出最佳合成条件:室温时,控制超声功率为250 W,反应20 min,目标化合物产率可达95%.将两种方法进行了对比,发现方法2具有反应时间短、产率高、操作简单等优点.%2-hydrazinopyrazine and benzoyl isothiocyanate were chosen as model substrates,N-(pyrazin-2-amino)-N′-benzoyl thiourea were synthesized respectively by the promotion of ultrasonic and solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis,solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis.The structure of compounds was confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.The influence of some factors on the product yield,such as solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis of time and temperature,the promotion of ultrasonic and solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis,the ultrasound irradiation power and time,was investigated and the optimum experimental conditions were found.Under indoor temperature,ultrasound irradiation power was 250 W,the yield of the product could be 95% in 20 min,compared with the traditional methods,it had the advantages of short synthesis time,higher yield and easy operation,etc.
