丁腈橡胶结合丙烯腈标准物质研制样品的评价

摘要

对市售丁腈橡胶样品依据行业标准SH/T 1157.2-2015进行了结合丙烯腈含量的均匀性和稳定性检验.方差统计结果表明:丁腈橡胶结合丙烯腈含量均匀性检验的统计量F值为1.98,小于临界值2.31,说明结合丙烯腈含量均匀.样品经过一年时间的稳定性考察,12个测量点的t检验值,均小于tα(n-1)临界值4.30,说明一年时间内结合丙烯腈标准物质候选物稳定,满足标准物质研制的要求.%The uniformity on bound acrylonitrile content of NBR was tested under industry standard method.The results of variance indicated that statistic value F of the uniformity on bound acrylonitrile content was 1.98, lower than critical value (Fα=2.31), it showed that the bound acrylonitrile content of NBR sample was uniformity.The statistic value of 12 measuring points of stability investigation of samples after one year was lower than critical value 4.30 and the bound acrylonitrile content had not changed significantly in this year, it showed that the sample was stability.Therefore, the uniformity and stability on bound acrylonitrile content of the batch sample was able to reach the requirements of bound acrylonitrile content reference materials.
