《制药设备与车间设计》课程设计的教学实践

摘要

《制药设备与车间设计》是制药工程专业的专业主干课、核心课和必修课,本文对该课程的相关课程设计从课程设置思想和教学目标、设计题目、任务要求、考核、教学环节等方面进行了教学实践与改革探索.通过有益的尝试,学生能够正确的运用所学的理论知识,撰写规范的设计说明书,并绘制出标准的固体制剂生产工艺流程图、车间平面布置图等施工图纸.学生的工程设计能力有了显著的提高.%Pharmaceutical Equipment and Workshop Design was the major, core and required course in Pharmaceutical Engineering specialty.Practice and exploration on its course design was carried out on the course teaching idea and objective, the subject arrangement, the task request, the appraisal, the teaching step, and so on.Through the useful attempt, students can use the theoretical knowledge to write standard design specification and draw standard solid preparation production process flow chart and work shop floor plan, etc.Their engineering design ability was significantly improved.
