信息化教学背景下发酵工程教学的改革与探索

     

摘要

The content of Fermentation Engineering is abundant and abstract. The aim of this research was to improve the teaching efficiency and quality of Fermentation Engineering and explore the new teaching mode by presenting teaching reform ideas of Fermentation Engineering based on network information. A network of information technology based on the information technology platform by using a variety of teaching methods and a wide range of interactive ways,and supplemented by scientific evaluation system was established. The results showed that the practice based on information technology effectively improved the students' interest in learning,self-learning ability,innovation and other comprehensive quality,which can be used in other related courses after further improvement.%发酵工程课程内容丰富抽象,涉及面广.本研究基于网络信息提出发酵工程的教学改革思路,探索新的教学模式,以期提高发酵工程的教学效果.本研究利用多种教学手段和多元化的互动方式,辅以科学的评价体系,建立了发酵工程基于信息化的网络教学平台.结果表明,基于信息化的教学法有效的提高了学生的学习兴趣,自主学习能力、创新能力等综合素质,进一步完善可供其他相关课程教学改革借鉴使用.
