基于DM-RTK技术在城市燃气管道防腐层r检测中的应用研究

摘要

Anticorrosive coating integrity of the gas steel pipeline in service and pipe to pinpoint the safe and stable operation of city gas pipeline is of great significance. By using high precision pipeline anticorrosive coating detector ( DM) and real-time dynamic control technology ( RTK) , and aiming at certain Xinao gas group city gas steel pipeline corrosion and protection status of ground, excavation testing and evaluation were carried out. The testing results showed that the DM gps-rtk technology can accurately position the pipeline and buried depth, accurate search anticorrosive coating defects. Through data analysis, the pipeline anticorrosive coating conditions can be evaluated, the happening of pipeline external corrosion situation can be effectively prevented, and the safe operation of gas pipeline can be ensured.%在役燃气钢制管道的防腐层完整性及管道准确定位对城市燃气管道的安全稳定运行具有重要意义,利用高精度管道防腐层检测仪(DM)及实时动态控制技术(RTK),针对新奥燃气集团某城市燃气钢制管道的腐蚀与防护状况进行地面不开挖检测与评价.检测结果表明:DM-RTK技术能准确定位管道位置及埋深,精确查找防腐层缺陷,通过数据分析能对管道防腐层状况进行评价,能有效地预防管道外腐蚀情况的发生,保证燃气管道的安全运行.
