对甲苯磺酰腙合成二吲哚基苯基甲烷

             

摘要

Bis(indol-3-yl)methane and other derivatives are a class of bioactive substances that work well for the treatment of many diseases. Using N-tosylhydrazones and indole as substrates and transition metal copper salt catalysts, bis(indol-3-yl)methane and its derivatives were synthesized. The reaction time,temperature,solvent and other reaction conditions were discussed,and the reaction process was optimized. The reaction products were characterized by NMR and XRD, single crystal diffraction analysis was carried out to determine its structure. This synthesis method is a new efficient and gentle method.%二吲哚基甲烷及其其他衍生物是一类具有生物活性的物质,在治疗许多疾病方面很好的作用.以对甲苯磺酰腙和吲哚为底物,过渡金属亚铜盐催化剂,合成了二吲哚基苯基甲烷和其衍生物.并且对反应时间、温度、溶剂等反应条件进行了相应探讨,优化了反应工艺.对反应产物进行了表征,利用NMR和XRD单晶衍射进行了分析检测,确定其结构.此合成方法是一种高效、温和的新方法.
