改性玉米芯吸附剂处理水中镉的研究

         

摘要

以普通玉米芯为研究原料,通过磷酸、氢氧化钾改性、碳化等方法,得到对水中重金属镉吸附性能良好的玉米芯活性炭吸附剂,并对吸附改性、炭化的玉米芯的表面结构进行了观察和表征,研究了玉米芯基吸附剂的改性方法、吸附水中重金属镉的影响因素及机理.研究表明,玉米芯经氢氧化钾改性后制备的活性炭对水中重金属镉的吸附效果最佳,且受处理水样的pH、吸附剂粒径等影响较小.%Using the ordinary corn cob as raw material, modified by potassium hydroxide, phosphoric acid and carbonization method, the corn cob activated carbon adsorbent which had good adsorption performance of heavy metal cadmium in water was prepared,the surface structure of the adsorbed modified and carbonized corn cob was observed and characterized.Modification methods of corn cob adsorbents, influence factors and mechanism for adsorbing heavy metal cadmium in water were studied.Results showed that activated carbon prepared from corncob after modification of potassium hydroxide had the best adsorption effect on heavy metal cadmium in water,and had less effect to pH,particle size of adsorbents,and so on in treated water sample.
