泥煤在超临界水中气化实验研究

         

摘要

The gasification of peat was studied by supercritical water in a batch autoclave.The influences of four catalysts,reaction temperature and residence time on gasification of peat were investigated.The results showed that coal conversion rate can be increased from 79%to over 95%on a basis of catalyst addition.Highest yields of H2and CH4can be acquired with KOH as catalyst, reaching 422 mL/(g daf coal)and 184 mL/(g daf coal), respectively.In the presence of catalyst,the amount of H2and CH4from peat can be promoted by improving temperature and residence time. The yield of CH4at temperature of 650℃was 2.6 times than that of 550 ℃.When the residence time was 30 min,the yields of H2and CH4reached 555 mL/(g daf coal)and 212 mL/(g daf coal),respectively.%采用间歇式超临界水气化装置对泥煤进行气化实验,系统研究了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间对泥煤气化效果的影响.结果表明:四种催化剂均可将煤转化率从79%提高到95%以上,其中以KOH为催化剂时H2和CH4的产率最高,分别达到了422 mL/(g daf coal)和184 mL/(g daf coal).在催化剂存在条件下,温度升高和延长反应时间均可促进H2和CH4的生成.温度650℃时CH4产率是550℃时的2.6倍.当停留时间达到30 min时,H2和CH4的产率分别达到了555 mL/(g daf coal)和212 mL/(g daf coal).
