建筑斜角幕墙美标四性检测技术

摘要

本文介绍了斜角幕墙ASTM标准(美标)气密性能、水密性能、抗风压性能及层间变形性能实验室检测的关键技术内容，包括设计了此类幕墙试件安装与试验所需的钢结构，制定了斜角幕墙试件的安装方案及水密性能试验的喷淋水架方案，研究出了斜角幕墙空间三维方向上的层间变形性能试验方法。该试验技术的开发秉承低能耗的原则，为幕墙检测技术发展提供参考。%The paper describes the key technical contents of testing air permeability, water tightness, wind load re-sistance performance and deformation performance between layers of oblique curtain wall with ASTM standard (American Standard) . It includes designing the steel structure of the installation and test of oblique wall specimens, then making installation scheme and the water spray frame scheme for the curtain wall specimens, and developing the test method for 3D direction deformation performance between layers of oblique curtain wall. The test technology development adhering to low energy consumption, provides a reference for curtain wall detection technology devel-opment.
