三峡工程二阶段降低混凝土单位用水量的试验研究

         

摘要

通过对缓凝高效减水剂、引气剂、国标I级粉煤灰及三者联掺对混凝土减水效果的试验研究、机理分析认为:缓凝高效减水剂、引气剂、国标I级粉煤灰三者均有减水作用,其中高效减水剂是主要减水成分,国标I级粉煤灰(掺量30%)是第一辅助减水成分,引气剂(混凝土含气量5.0±0.5%)是第二辅助减水成分,比较而言,三者联掺能够最大限度地降低混凝土单位用水量。三峡工程应用表明,降低混凝土单位用水量显著,取得了较好的技术、经济效益。%By testing, studying and analyzing the concrete water-reducing effect of water-reducing retarder, gas -lift agent, fly ash of international standard first-order and the mixture of them, the authors thought that waterreducing retarder, gas-lift agent and fly ash of international standard first-order all have water-reducing function, thereinto, water-reducing retarder is main water-reducing eomponent, fly ash of international standard first-order is first complementary one. The mixture of them may be the best one. The Three gorges project application practice indicated that it may effectively decrease the unit water-use of concrete and gain better technique and economic benefit.
